Troubleshooting
You are working on a task and you’ve come upon an issue that you can’t solve…
Use troubleshooting@ to notify schedule@ of the problem and stop working on it - a Project Manager will then schedule you on different work.
Tasks posted into troubleshooting@ are reviewed and then we will arrange a session to look at how to resolve the problem. This may be done as a training session that looks to help you to develop your troubleshooting skills.
It is important that in the email, you let us know how you attempted to deal with the problem. The ultimate goal of troubleshooting@ is to encourage and develop your ability to analyse issues.
