Working on a project

There are two main screen to consider ‘Backlog’ and ‘Active Sprints’ when working on a project. To get to the boards you first must be inside a project.

Backlog board - Will show the list of all the tasks separated by Sprints and Epics.

Active Sprint - Will show all active sprints you are working on.

Viewing the ‘Backlog’ board

1) Click on the Gantt Chart like icon from the left task bar to view the board. You will see a list of Sprints.

2) Each plan e.g. Build plan, IA plan etc separated by Epic and by selecting an epic will allow you to see a list of tasks grouped in sprint. To select a ‘epic’ click on the ‘Epics’ tab to open ‘Epics panel’.

3) To start working on a sprint select the ‘Start sprint’ button on the top right of a sprint. This will activate the tasks into the ‘Active sprint’ board.

Working from the ‘Active Sprint’ board

1) Click on the board icon from the left task bar to view the board. You will see a list of Sprints.

2) To view details of task click on a task and ‘Issue Panel’ will open on the right.

3) To open the task click on the task id link from the ‘Issue Panel’.
