Creating tasks in Troubleshooting

1) Select the ‘Troubleshooting’ project from the ‘Project’ menu link.

2) Select the template task from the ‘In Discussion’ stage.

3) From the ‘Issue panel’ click on the three dotted line and select ‘More Actions’

4) From the ‘Operations’ pop up select the ‘Clone’ option and name your task.

5) Click into your task edit as necessary and tag the task with ‘in Troubleshooting’ under ‘Labels’ from the top of the task page.

6) Link your task to your original Item you were working on. For guide on how to create and link issues in Troubleshoot please see ‘Create a task’ section above.
